"sigh"

I am feeling quite frustrated to be quite honest. My scale has not moved this week. I have been eating healthy food, been to the gym 5times this week and no movement "sigh". I am considering doing a food diary again like I did in the beginning. I know the scale is not the ultimate measure of my health but its just making me feel a bit down.
But I will keep it moving

  1. Well, keep in mind that this journey isn't all about weight loss. Health is more than that. You can be getting smaller but weighing. If you are obsessed with losing, then consider other options, such as measuring inches or getting your body fat tested. The scale is a liar.

  2. You are right...I should not obsess over the scale so much....I will try my best to focus on my health and how I feel as I am getting healthier rather than the scale...Thank you for the advice.

  4. just remember that you're still doing great and you've already accomplished so much! i keep a food journal, and i find it really helps me with what i eat!
