20 lbs and counting!






I have had the busiest week ever. I had 5 assignments deadlines this past week alone. Boy am I glad it's over...hopefully I can get the grade. You know it's true what they say about reading being a good weight-loss tool. I have not been to the gym once this week because I have been so busy and yet I have still lost some weight. I am so loving loosing weight. My clothes are starting to fit differently now...they are becoming loose and my friends keep telling me I have lost weight! I love love love the compliments and yet when people tell me I feel very shy about it. Anyway because I am on this journey I have started to read books about weight-loss. My latest instalment is the book called Skinny Bitch. This book is so in your face and it makes you feel guilty about eating certain foods. I don't like the whole vegan thing...I couldn't just stop eating meat. 


Christmas is almost here and I going home to see the family....So excited however very worried about how I am going to manage eating healthier foods and exercising. I have made sure to pack my running shoes though. Nothing can stop me from running...the ground is free. 


I am getting closer to my dream!!

  1. Congrats! Sometimes laying off of exercise is just what the body needs to shed some pounds. It happens to me all the time.
